The monitor stand on this desk is height-adjustable. To adjust the height, locate the knob or lever underneath the monitor platform. Loosen it, raise or lower the platform to the desired height, then tighten the knob/lever to secure it in place. Make sure to evenly adjust both sides for a level surface

Answered on Apr 29, 2023To assemble the armrests on your FREDDE / STYRSPEL gaming desk and chair:
1. Locate the armrest pieces and hardware included in the package.
2. Align the armrest bracket with the pre-drilled holes on the side of the seat.
3. Secure the armrest bracket using the screws provided, making sure it is tightened firmly.
4. Attach the armrest pad to the armrest bracket, aligning the holes and securing with the screws.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the other armrest.
