Answered on Dec 19, 2022The drawers on the BESTÅ TV storage combination have integrated push-openers, so they should open easily with just a light push. If one of the drawers is stuck, there are a few things you can check:
1. Make sure the drawer is not overloaded. The maximum load per drawer is 22 lb (10 kg), so ensure you have not exceeded that weight limit.
2. Inspect the drawer slides to see if they are clean and free of debris. Wipe them down with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or dust buildup.
3. Check that the drawer is properly aligned in the cabinet. Ensure it is sliding smoothly on the tracks without any obstructions.
4. If the drawer still feels stuck, you may need to adjust the drawer front. There are screws on the drawer front that allow you to fine-tune the alignment.

Answered on Jul 24, 2022To adjust the drawer runner so the drawer glides smoothly, try the following steps:
1. Fully extend the drawer out.
2. Locate the small plastic clips on the sides of the drawer runner.
3. Gently squeeze the clips and pull the drawer front panel away from the runner.
4. With the drawer front detached, you can now access the adjustment screws on the runner.
5. Use a screwdriver to turn the adjustment screws clockwise or counterclockwise to fine-tune the positioning of the drawer.
6. Test the drawer movement and repeat the adjustments until the drawer glides smoothly.
7. Once satisfied, reattach the drawer front by clipping it back onto the runner.
