Posted on Jul 09, 2023I love my new Bestå TV unit, but I have a small problem with the soft-close mechanism on one of the drawers. It's not closing properly and sometimes gets stuck. Can you provide me with instructions on how to troubleshoot or fix this issue?

Answered on May 10, 2023The issue with the doors not hanging straight on your BESTÅ TV unit is likely due to the hinges needing adjustment. Here are the steps to adjust the hinges and fix the problem:
1. Locate the two screws on each hinge that allow for adjustments. These are typically small screws on the side or back of the hinge.
2. Using a screwdriver, turn the screws clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the position of the door. This will allow you to tilt the door inward or outward to align it properly.
3. Make small adjustments, testing the door after each turn of the screws, until the door is hanging straight.
4. Once the door is aligned, you may also need to adjust the height of the door by turning the screws that connect the hinge to the cabinet frame.
