Posted on May 10, 2023I have a Besta TV unit and I'm having trouble with the soft-close function on one of the drawers. It's not closing properly and keeps getting stuck. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to contact customer service?

Posted on Oct 23, 2022I love the design and functionality of this TV unit! I do have a question, though - are the drawers designed to be removable? I'm worried that the soft-closing mechanism might get in the way if I need to take out one of the drawers for cleaning or maintenance.
