Posted on Apr 15, 2024I'm having trouble with the soft-close mechanism on my Bestå TV unit drawers. Sometimes they get stuck and won't close properly. Have you had any issues like this before? How did you resolve it?

Posted on Jul 17, 2023I am having trouble getting the drawer to slide smoothly out of the unit. It seems like there is some resistance when I try to open it. Are there any adjustment screws or mechanisms that I can check/adjust to resolve this issue?

Answered on Jul 19, 2023To resolve the issue with the drawer not sliding smoothly, you can try adjusting the drawer glides. First, fully extend the drawer and locate the small screws on the drawer glides. Using a screwdriver, turn the screws clockwise to increase the tension and reduce the resistance. Adjust the screws in small increments, testing the drawer after each adjustment, until it slides smoothly. Avoid over-tightening the screws, as this can cause the drawer to become too stiff. If the issue persists, ensure the drawer is properly aligned within the unit and that the glides are not obstructed by any debris. With a few simple adjustments, you should be able to get the drawer sliding smoothly again
