Posted on Sep 17, 2023I'm having trouble opening the drawer fully, it seems to get stuck halfway. Is there a way to adjust or lubricate the drawer runners to make it easier to open and close?

Answered on Sep 19, 2023The drawer runners on the BESTÅ TV bench can be adjusted to fix the issue with the drawer not opening fully. Here are the steps to adjust the drawer runners:
1. Fully extend the drawer out.
2. Locate the adjustment screws on the drawer runners, usually on the sides or bottom of the runners.
3. Use a screwdriver to turn the adjustment screws clockwise. This will push the drawer front out slightly, allowing the drawer to open and close more smoothly.
4. Test the drawer and continue adjusting the screws until the drawer opens and closes easily.
You can also try lubricating the drawer runners with a silicone-based furniture polish or lubricant. Apply a small amount to the runners and wipe away any excess. This can help reduce friction and make the drawer operate more smoothly
