Posted on Jul 27, 2022I'm having trouble installing the Bestå storage combination, specifically with the top glass shelves. The manual suggests that the glass shelves should be aligned with the marks on the wall frame, but I don't see any marks or guides to help me position them correctly. Can you provide some guidance on how to properly install these shelves?

Answered on Jul 29, 2022To properly install the glass shelves for the BESTÅ TV storage combination, follow these steps:
1. Locate the adjustable shelf pins on the wall frame. These small metal pins are what the glass shelves will rest on.
2. Position the shelf pins at the desired height for the glass shelves. There are pre-drilled holes along the wall frame to allow you to adjust the shelf pin positions.
3. Once the shelf pins are in place at the right height, simply place the glass shelves on top of the pins. The shelves should fit snugly and securely on the pins.
4. Make sure the glass shelves are level and evenly spaced. You can adjust the shelf pin positions as needed to ensure the shelves are properly aligned.
5. If you're having trouble getting the glass shelves to fit or stay in place, double-check that the wall frame is properly mounted to the wall first. This will ensure the shelf pins are positioned correctly.
