Posted on Nov 09, 2023I have the BESTÅ TV storage combination and I love it! However, I'm having trouble closing one of the drawers smoothly due to a slight obstruction. How do I clean out any debris or dirt that might be preventing the soft-close function from working properly?

1. Fully open the drawer you're having trouble with.
2. Locate the soft-close mechanism on the side of the drawer. It's usually a small plastic or metal component.
3. Use a soft cloth to gently wipe away any dust, dirt or debris that may have accumulated on the soft-close mechanism.
4. You can also use a small amount of furniture polish or mild soap and water to clean the mechanism, being careful not to get any moisture inside the drawer.
5. Ensure the mechanism moves freely without any obstructions.
6. Close the drawer slowly to test the soft-close function. It should now close smoothly and quietly.
