Answered on Oct 28, 2022The soft-closing function of the drawer may need to be adjusted. First, ensure the drawer is properly installed and aligned within the frame. If it is not aligned properly, it can cause the drawer to bind and not close smoothly.
To adjust the soft-close mechanism, locate the small adjustment screws on the drawer slides. Turn these screws slowly to increase or decrease the tension on the soft-close function. Turn the screws clockwise to increase the closing force, and counterclockwise to decrease it. Test the drawer after each small adjustment until you achieve the desired smooth, soft closing action.
