I just installed the Auli sliding doors and I'm having trouble with one of the panels not aligning properly with the others. What could be causing this issue?

Is there a specific way to adjust or level the panels for proper alignment?

The misalignment of the sliding door panels is likely due to the installation process. Here are the steps to adjust and level the panels for proper alignment:

1. Check that the top track is installed level and securely mounted to the wall. Use a level to ensure it is straight.

2. Ensure the bottom guide track is also level and properly positioned. The panels should glide smoothly along the track.

3. Locate the adjustment screws on the top of each sliding panel. These allow you to raise or lower the panel to align it with the others.

4. Using a screwdriver, turn the adjustment screws clockwise to raise the panel or counterclockwise to lower it. Make small adjustments and test the alignment after each change.

5. Once the panels are properly aligned, tighten all screws and hardware to secure the adjustment.

Following these steps should help you get the Auli sliding doors properly aligned for smooth, even operation. Let me know if you have any other questions

Can I replace the mirror panels with solid wood or glass panels if I don't want a mirror?
If so, how do I go about ordering and installing them?

Yes, you can replace the mirror panels with solid wood or glass panels if you don't want a mirror. Here's how you can go about ordering and installing them:

To order the replacement panels, you'll need to contact IKEA and provide them with the product details, including the model name (AULI) and the dimensions of the panels you need to replace (59x92 7/8"). IKEA should be able to provide you with the compatible solid wood or glass panel options that will fit your AULI sliding door frame.

To install the new panels, you'll need to remove the existing mirror panels. This typically involves unscrewing the panels from the sliding door frame. Once the new panels are received, you can simply slot them into the frame and secure them in place following the instructions provided by IKEA. The soft-closing mechanism should still function with the new panels installed
