Posted on Jan 11, 2024I'm looking at the Tufjord Upholstered storage bed and I noticed that there is a slight gap between the headboard and the wall. Is it normal for this bed to have a small gap when fitted against a wall? And if so, how can I adjust or fix it?

Answered on Jan 13, 2024The slight gap between the headboard and the wall is normal for the TUFJORD Upholstered storage bed. This is due to the curved design of the headboard, which is intended to provide a cozy, cocooning feel. To minimize the gap, you can try the following:
1. Ensure the bed is positioned as close to the wall as possible. You may need to move the bed slightly away from the wall and then push it back to get it as close as you can.
2. Check that the bed frame is level and stable. Adjust the leveling feet if needed to ensure the bed is properly supported and not rocking, which could cause the gap.
3. If the gap is still noticeable, you can try placing a small decorative pillow or bolster at the back of the headboard to fill the space and create a seamless look against the wall.

Posted on Feb 11, 2023I'm really interested in this bed, but I have a concern about the storage drawers. Are the drawers adjustable or fixed in terms of height? In other words, can I store taller items like extra pillows or boxes in them, or are they strictly for storing flat items like sheets and clothes?

Answered on Feb 13, 2023The drawers in the TUFJORD upholstered storage bed are fixed in terms of height. The height of the drawers (inside) is 5 7/8" (15 cm), which may limit the ability to store taller items like extra pillows or boxes. The drawers are best suited for storing flatter items such as bed linens, clothes, and other relatively thin belongings. While the drawers provide useful under-bed storage, their fixed height means they are not adjustable to accommodate very tall or bulky items
