Posted on Apr 05, 2023I'm having trouble assembling the Skytta sliding door system and I'm missing a screw. Can you please help me identify where it's supposed to be used?
Alice @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Apr 07, 2023The sliding door system has several components that require screws for assembly. Without more details on exactly which part you're missing a screw for, it's difficult to pinpoint the specific location. However, here are some general tips that may help:
The main areas where screws are used include:
- Attaching the top and bottom track to the wall
- Securing the door frame to the tracks
- Connecting the door panels to the frame
I'd recommend thoroughly reviewing the assembly instructions to identify where each screw is meant to be placed. If you're still unable to locate the missing screw, you may want to contact IKEA customer service, as they should be able to provide a replacement part
