The product description mentions that the drawer runners are adjustable, allowing you to adjust the front of the drawers both horizontally and in depth.
To fix this:
1. Fully extend the drawer you're having trouble with.
2. Locate the adjustment screws on the drawer runners, usually found on the sides or underside of the drawer.
3. Use a screwdriver to adjust the screws slightly, turning them clockwise to move the drawer front outward or counterclockwise to move it inward.

Is there a trick or something specific I can do to make it open more easily?

Answered on Oct 05, 2022The issue with the drawer not opening smoothly is likely due to the drawer runners needing adjustment. The BESTÅ TV bench has adjustable drawer runners that allow you to fine-tune the horizontal and depth positioning of the drawers.
To fix this, first fully extend the problematic drawer. You should see small adjustment screws on the drawer runners. Use a screwdriver to adjust these screws slightly, moving the drawer runner in or out as needed to align the drawer and allow it to open and close smoothly. Make small adjustments and test the drawer after each one until it is operating properly.
Additionally, ensure the drawer is not overloaded, as exceeding the maximum weight capacity of 22 lbs per drawer can also cause sticking. Redistribute the contents if needed. With some minor adjustments to the drawer runners, the drawer should start opening and closing easily again
