I have the Komplement pull-out tray with shoe insert and I was wondering if there is a way to remove the damper on the sliding mechanism? Sometimes it gets stuck or doesn't slide smoothly, and I'd like to know if I can take out the damper altogether

I've assembled the Komplement pull-out tray and it feels a bit wobbly when I open or close it. Is there a specific way to tighten the screws or adjust something to make it more stable?

To stabilize the Komplement pull-out tray, you can try the following:

1. Check that all screws are tightened properly. Use a screwdriver to ensure the screws securing the tray to the frame are tight.

2. Ensure the tray is properly aligned within the frame. The tray should fit snugly without any gaps or misalignment.

3. If the tray is still wobbly, you can try adjusting the leveling feet on the frame. Locate the small plastic leveling feet at the bottom of the frame and turn them clockwise to raise the frame and reduce any wobble.

4. Lastly, make sure the entire unit is level and stable on the floor. Use a spirit level to check and adjust the leveling feet as needed.

By following these steps, you should be able to eliminate any wobble and stabilize the Komplement pull-out tray
