The shape of PEKTOLIT lampshade in recycled polyester looks like a sea urchin’s shell and creates playful shadows. Feel free to hang several in a group – at different heights or like clouds on the ceiling.

“The brief was to design a lampshade in any material and with a minimal amount of packaging. I chose to make PEKTOLIT lampshade from recycled polyester and was inspired the shapes of seed capsules, mussels and sea urchins. To make assembly easier, I also chose to make the construction's joints, edges and slits visible. I hope you love the lampshade and that it sparks your creativity. Why not hang several in a group, at different heights or fill the celing with clouds?"

Use an opal light bulb if you have an ordinary lamp shade or lamp and want an even, diffused distribution of light.

Use a clear light bulb if you have a lamp shade or lamp with a perforated or cut-out pattern or other airy, open design and want the pattern to cast effects on the wall and ceiling.
