Posted on Dec 03, 2022I am having trouble removing the door from the cabinet frame. The hinges seem to be stuck and I can't figure out how to remove the door without damaging it or the frame. Can you provide instructions on how to properly disassemble the door from the frame?

Answered on Dec 05, 2022To remove the door from the cabinet frame without any damage, follow these steps:
1. Locate the snap-on hinges on the door. There should be two hinges, one at the top and one at the bottom.
2. Gently pull the hinge pins upwards to detach the hinges from the frame. The pins should slide out easily without requiring any force.
3. Once the hinges are disengaged, the door should lift off the frame cleanly. Be careful not to tilt or twist the door during removal.
4. If the hinges seem stuck, try gently tapping the pins upwards with a soft-faced hammer or the back of a screwdriver. Avoid using excessive force, as this could damage the components.
5. When reassembling, align the hinges and simply press the pins back down to secure the door in place. Ensure the door opens and closes smoothly.
