I'm having trouble assembling the IDANÄS TV unit. The wedge dowel seems to be stuck in one of the pre-drilled holes. What can I do to remove it?

To remove the stuck wedge dowel, try the following steps:

1. Gently insert a flat-head screwdriver or another thin, flat tool into the pre-drilled hole where the dowel is stuck.
2. Carefully pry the dowel out by applying gentle, even pressure. Avoid using excessive force, as this could damage the surrounding wood.
3. If the dowel is still stuck, you can try using a pair of needle-nose pliers to grip the end of the dowel and pull it out.
4. If the dowel is severely stuck, you may need to use a small hammer to lightly tap the end of the dowel and dislodge it.

Be patient and work slowly to avoid any damage to the TV unit. If you continue to have trouble, refer to the IKEA assembly instructions or contact IKEA customer service for further assistance
