Posted on Mar 25, 2023I'm trying to install the VOXTORP door but I'm having trouble with the handles. They don't seem to be aligning properly and it's making the door difficult to open and close. Can you provide some guidance on how to adjust or fix this issue?

Answered on Mar 27, 2023To adjust the handles on the VOXTORP door and ensure proper alignment:
1. First, check that the door is properly installed and level. The handles will not align correctly if the door is not installed straight.
2. Locate the screws that secure the handle to the door. These are typically small screws on the inside of the handle.
3. Gently loosen the screws, being careful not to remove them completely. This will allow you to shift the handle into the correct position.
4. With the screws loosened, carefully move the handle until it is properly aligned and the door opens and closes smoothly.
5. Once the handle is in the correct position, tighten the screws back up to secure it in place.
6. Test the door to ensure the handle is now aligned and the door opens and closes easily.
If you continue to have issues, double-check that the door is level and the hinges are properly adjusted. Making small adjustments to the handle placement should resolve any misalignment problems

Posted on Mar 17, 2023I'd like to know if the VOXTORP door can be mounted on a wall with a slight angle, say around 10-15 degrees? And if so, what adjustments or special considerations would I need to take into account during installation?
