Posted on Jun 13, 2023I've been using my Karljan chair for a while now, and I'm really happy with its comfort and support. However, I've noticed that the seat cushion has started to flatten out a bit over time.
Is there anything I can do to restore its original shape or is it normal wear and tear?

Answered on Dec 06, 2022To attach the seat to the base of the KARLJAN chair, follow these steps carefully:
1. Ensure you have all the necessary hardware and tools, including the screws and allen wrench provided in the package.
2. Locate the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the seat and the corresponding holes on the chair base.
3. Align the seat with the base, making sure the holes line up properly.
4. Insert the screws through the holes in the base and tighten them securely using the allen wrench. Be careful not to overtighten.
5. Double-check that the seat is firmly attached to the base and does not wobble.
