ELVARLI Drawer, white, 31 1/2x14 1/8 "

Article number: 904.339.66

Closes slowly, silently and softly thanks to an integrated damper.

The drawer comes without a top shelf, so that you can decide if you want it to be white or bamboo. It also makes it possible to mount several drawers on top of each other.

Keep track of socks and smaller items with interior organizers. KOMPLEMENT boxes or RAGGISAR baskets could help with that!

Because sometimes not everything can be stored on a hanger or a shelf. Complement your open ELVARLI storage solution with drawers and complete with your choice of top shelf to build just the solution that fits your space.

I have the Elvarli drawer and I'm having trouble getting it to close smoothly. The damper seems to be stuck and it's making a loud noise when I try to shut it. Are there any specific instructions for cleaning or lubricating the damper mechanism?

The issue with the drawer not closing smoothly and the damper mechanism making noise is likely due to a buildup of dirt or debris. Here are the steps to clean and lubricate the damper mechanism:

1. Fully extend the drawer and locate the damper mechanism, usually located on the side or back of the drawer.
2. Use a soft cloth to gently wipe away any visible dirt or dust on the damper.
3. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant or furniture polish to the damper mechanism. Avoid using oil-based lubricants as they can attract more dirt.
4. Slowly close the drawer a few times to work the lubricant into the mechanism.
5. Test the drawer's closing action and repeat the cleaning and lubrication if needed.

Be careful not to over-lubricate, as this can cause the damper to become too slippery. With a thorough cleaning and light lubrication, the Elvarli drawer should close smoothly and quietly again
