However, the mounting holes on the wall seem to be slightly off-center from each other, making it difficult to secure the hanger properly. Answered on Feb 25, 2023The VOXNAN towel hanger has some flexibility to accommodate slightly off-center mounting holes. The concealed hardware includes slotted mounting plates that allow for some horizontal adjustment. Try the following steps:
1. Hold the towel hanger in the desired position on the wall and mark the mounting hole locations.
2. Drill the holes, making sure they are level but allowing for a bit of play side-to-side.
3. Attach the mounting plates to the wall using the included screws, leaving the screws slightly loose.
4. Hang the towel hanger on the mounting plates and adjust its position as needed.
5. Once the hanger is level and properly positioned, tighten the mounting plate screws securely.
This should allow you to install the VOXNAN towel hanger even if the wall holes don't line up perfectly. The adjustable mounting plates provide the flexibility to get it installed neatly
