Posted on May 30, 2023I'm having trouble adjusting the swivel arms to fit my bathroom wall. They seem stuck or stiff and won't budge.
Is there a specific technique or tool needed to loosen them?

Answered on Jun 01, 2023To loosen the swivel arms on the VOXNAN Towel Holder, you can try the following:
First, ensure the arms are not overtightened. Gently try to rotate the arms left and right to see if they move freely. If they feel stiff, you may need to apply a small amount of lubricant to the swivel mechanism.
Carefully remove the towel holder from the wall. Use a small amount of silicone-based lubricant or WD-40 and apply it directly to the swivel points where the arms connect to the base. Gently work the arms back and forth to work the lubricant in.
If the arms are still difficult to move, you can try using a pair of pliers to carefully grip the base and gently twist the arms left and right to loosen them up. Be cautious not to apply too much force, as this could potentially damage the mechanism.
With some gentle care and lubrication, the swivel arms should start moving more freely to allow you to adjust the towel holder as needed
