Posted on Feb 21, 2023How do I clean the inside of the cat house?
The removable cover is machine washable, but what about the inner padding and walls?
Can they be washed or wiped down with a damp cloth?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Feb 23, 2023The inner padding and walls of the LURVIG Cat house can be wiped down with a damp cloth. The cover is removable and machine washable, but the inner components should not be submerged in water. Gently wipe down the inner surfaces with a slightly damp cloth to clean and maintain the cat house. Avoid getting the inner padding too wet to prevent mold or mildew. Spot clean as needed to keep the cat house fresh and clean for your feline friend

Posted on Feb 17, 2023I'm having trouble with my LURVIG cat house's zipper. It seems to be stuck or jammed, making it difficult to open and close the cover. Are there any troubleshooting tips or suggestions for how to fix or replace the zipper?
Alice @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Feb 19, 2023To troubleshoot the stuck zipper on your LURVIG cat house, first try gently pulling and wiggling the zipper pull to get it moving again. You can also try lubricating the zipper teeth with a small amount of silicone-based zipper lubricant or wax. Avoid using oil-based products as they can attract dirt and make the issue worse.
If the zipper is severely damaged or beyond repair, you may need to replace it. This requires carefully removing the old zipper and sewing in a new one. IKEA sells replacement zippers that should fit the LURVIG cat house. Take care when installing the new zipper to ensure it operates smoothly. With a little patience and the right techniques, you should be able to get your cat's cozy space back in working order
