The door damper prevents your cabinet door from slamming by catching the moving door so that it closes slowly, gently and silently.
The door can be mounted to open to the left or right.

Posted on Feb 14, 2024I've assembled the SEKTION base cabinet with one door and three drawers, but I'm having trouble closing the drawer completely. It seems to be stuck halfway down due to the frame being slightly warped. How can I adjust or fix this issue?

Answered on Feb 16, 2024The issue you're experiencing with the drawer not closing completely is likely due to the frame being slightly warped. Here are the steps to troubleshoot and fix this:
1. First, check if the cabinet frame is level and square. Use a level to ensure it's properly installed. If the frame is uneven, try adjusting the leveling feet to straighten it out.
2. Next, examine the drawer slides to make sure they are properly aligned and not obstructed. Ensure the slides are securely attached to both the drawer and the cabinet frame.
3. If the drawer slides seem fine, the issue could be with the drawer front being misaligned. Try adjusting the hinges and/or drawer front to ensure it's properly positioned and not rubbing against the frame.
4. As a last resort, you may need to slightly bend the frame back into shape. Do this carefully to avoid damaging the cabinet. Apply even pressure across the frame to gently straighten it.
