Posted on Mar 18, 2024I'm having trouble getting the drawers to slide smoothly. They sometimes get stuck and it's hard to open them. Are there any tips or tricks to help improve their performance?

Answered on Mar 20, 2024To help improve the drawer performance, first check that the drawers are properly installed and aligned. Ensure the drawer slides are securely attached to the cabinet and the drawers are sitting correctly on the slides.
If the drawers are still sticking, try lubricating the drawer slides. You can use a silicone-based furniture polish or a dry lubricant spray designed for drawers and slides. Apply a small amount to the slides and wipe away any excess.
Additionally, check that the drawers are not overloaded. Evenly distribute the weight inside the drawers to prevent them from binding on the slides. Lastly, make sure there is no debris or obstructions preventing the smooth operation of the drawers.
With some minor adjustments and lubrication, you should be able to restore the smooth, soft-closing action of the HEMNES drawers
