The door hinges on the SEKTION base cabinet can be adjusted to ensure proper alignment. Here are the steps to adjust the hinges:

1. First, open the cabinet door fully to access the hinges.
2. Locate the adjustment screws on the hinges. There are typically 2-3 adjustment screws per hinge.
3. Use a screwdriver to loosen the adjustment screws slightly, but do not remove them completely.
4. Gently move the door into the desired position, aligning it properly with the cabinet frame.
5. Once the door is aligned, tighten the adjustment screws back up to secure the hinge in place.
6. Close the door and check the alignment. Repeat the adjustment process as needed until the door is properly aligned.

If the hinges are damaged and need to be replaced, you can easily remove the existing hinges and snap new ones into place without the need for screws. Replacement hinges are available from IKEA
