Answered on Apr 01, 2023To ensure a proper fit for the SEKTION Base cab with 2 fronts/3 drawers:
1. Double-check that all the frame components are properly aligned and securely tightened. The sturdy frame construction requires all parts to be assembled correctly.
2. Verify the drawer slides are properly installed. Ensure they are mounted level and the full-extension mechanism is functioning smoothly.
3. When inserting the drawers, make sure they are aligned with the drawer slides. Gently push the drawer in until it clicks into place on the slides.
4. If the drawer still does not fit, try adjusting the drawer front by loosening the screws, aligning it properly, then retightening the screws.
5. Double-check the dimensions provided in the product description to ensure you have the right size components.

Posted on Nov 18, 2022I just assembled my SEKTION Base cab with 2 fronts/3 drawers, and I'm having trouble getting the drawers to run smoothly. They're a bit stiff and making some noise when opening or closing. Is there anything I can do to lubricate or adjust them to make them run more smoothly?

Answered on Nov 20, 2022To help the drawers run more smoothly and quietly, you can try the following:
1. Check the drawer slides: Ensure the drawer slides are properly installed and aligned. Make sure there is no debris or obstructions preventing the smooth movement.
2. Lubricate the slides: Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant or furniture polish to the drawer slides. This will help reduce friction and make the drawers glide more easily.
3. Adjust the drawer front: If the drawer front is not properly aligned, it can cause the drawer to bind. Loosen the screws on the drawer front and adjust its position until the drawer opens and closes smoothly.
4. Check the drawer dampers: The MAXIMERA drawers have built-in dampers to provide a soft, quiet close. Ensure the dampers are functioning correctly and not obstructed.
Following these steps should help improve the smoothness and quietness of your SEKTION drawers. Let me know if you have any other questions
