Posted on Nov 14, 2023How do I remove the drawers from the Godmorgon/Odenvik sink cabinet? Are there any specific instructions or precautions to take into account when disassembling the drawers?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Nov 16, 2023To remove the drawers from the GODMORGON / ODENSVIK sink cabinet:
1. Fully open the drawer you want to remove.
2. Locate the small plastic clips on the inside of the drawer side panels.
3. Gently press and hold down the clips while pulling the drawer straight out.
4. Repeat the process for the other drawer.
When disassembling the drawers, be careful not to damage the soft-closing mechanism. Avoid pulling the drawers out at an angle, as this could cause the mechanism to become misaligned. Also, make sure to support the drawer weight when removing it to prevent it from falling

Posted on Oct 22, 2023I am interested in purchasing the GODMORGON / ODENSVIK sink cabinet. However, I have a small bathroom and I'm worried that the dimensions of the cabinet may be too large for my space. Could you please confirm whether the measurements are exact or if there is any flexibility with regards to the width and depth?

Posted on Aug 11, 2022I have a Godmorgon/Odenvik sink cabinet with Lundskaer faucet, and I'm having trouble with the drawers. The soft-closing mechanism is not working properly, and sometimes when you close the drawers, they don't shut all the way or even fall back open again. What can I do to fix this issue?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Aug 13, 2022The issue with the soft-closing mechanism on the drawers is likely due to improper installation or adjustment. Here are the steps to troubleshoot and fix the problem:
1. Check if the drawers are properly aligned and mounted onto the cabinet frame. Ensure the drawer slides are securely attached and not loose.
2. Inspect the soft-closing mechanism itself. Make sure all the components are in place and not damaged. The mechanism may need to be adjusted or replaced if it's not functioning correctly.
3. Adjust the soft-closing mechanism by turning the adjustment screws or levers. This will allow you to fine-tune the closing force and speed to get the drawers closing smoothly.
4. If the above steps don't resolve the issue, the soft-closing mechanism may be worn out and need to be replaced. You can purchase a replacement mechanism from IKEA and follow the instructions to install it properly.
Addressing the soft-closing mechanism should help ensure the drawers shut completely and reliably every time. Let me know if you have any other questions
