Posted on Sep 12, 2023I'm having some issues with the drawer glides on my Maximera base cabinet w door/2 drawers. They're getting a bit stiff and hard to open/close smoothly. Can I lubricate them or replace them if needed?

Answered on Sep 14, 2023You can try lubricating the drawer glides to help them operate more smoothly. Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant or furniture polish to the glides and wipe away any excess. This should help reduce friction and make the drawers easier to open and close.

Answered on Oct 30, 2022To attach the Maximera drawer slides to the cabinet frame, follow these steps:
1. Locate the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the cabinet frame where the drawer slides will be mounted.
2. Position the drawer slides so the rear end aligns with the rear holes in the frame. Secure the slides using the screws provided.
3. Make sure the slides are level and evenly spaced before fully tightening the screws.
4. Once the rear of the slides are attached, pull the slides all the way out to access the front mounting holes.
5. Align the front of the slides with the pre-drilled holes and secure them to the frame using the remaining screws.
6. Ensure the slides move smoothly and the drawer can extend fully without any obstructions.
