Posted on Jul 06, 2023I've been having trouble removing the seat covers for washing. Can you provide any instructions or tips on how to remove them without damaging the fabric or the chair frame?

Answered on Jul 08, 2023To remove the seat covers for washing on the LANEBERG / EKEDALEN dining chairs, follow these steps:
1. Locate the small zippers on the underside of the seat cushions. Gently unzip the zippers to detach the seat covers.
2. Carefully pull the seat covers off the chair frames, taking care not to stretch or tear the fabric.
3. Once the covers are removed, you can machine wash them using a gentle cycle and mild detergent. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener.
4. After washing, simply place the clean covers back on the chair frames and zip them up securely. Make sure the covers are properly aligned and not twisted.
The key is to go slowly and avoid pulling or tugging on the fabric excessively during the removal and re-attachment process. This will help prevent any damage to the seat covers or the chair frames

The product description states that "With the extra leaf stored under the table top you can extend the table to seat from 4 to 6 people." It does not mention the ability to extend the table further to accommodate more than 6 seats. Therefore, the maximum number of seats the table can accommodate is 6 people
