Posted on Sep 05, 2023I have a Nordli dresser with the wall anchors, but I'm moving to a new house and want to install it on a floating floor. Is there any way to adjust the feet of the dresser so that it doesn't scratch or damage the floor?

Answered on Sep 07, 2023The NORDLI dresser has adjustable feet that can be used to compensate for any irregularities in the floor. To prevent scratching or damaging the new floating floor, you can adjust the feet of the dresser to raise it slightly off the floor. This will create a small gap between the dresser and the floor, protecting the surface. Be sure to adjust all the feet evenly to keep the dresser level. With the adjustable feet, you should be able to install the NORDLI dresser securely on your new floating floor without any issues

Answered on Sep 26, 2022The wall attachment hardware provided with the NORDLI 6-drawer dresser can be used on a tile floor, but there are a few important considerations:
1. Ensure the tile is in good condition and securely attached to the wall. The wall attachment hardware needs a solid, secure surface to anchor into.
2. You may need to use wall anchors designed for use in tile or masonry. The standard wall anchors included may not be suitable for tile walls. Consult with a hardware store to get the appropriate anchors.
3. Take extra care when drilling into the tile to avoid cracking or chipping the tile surface. Use a masonry drill bit and apply gentle pressure.
4. Make sure the wall behind the tile is sturdy enough to support the weight of the fully loaded dresser. The wall material (e.g. drywall, concrete) will determine the appropriate anchoring method.
