Posted on Oct 24, 2023I am interested in purchasing the TORDH shelving unit, but I noticed that one of the feet is slightly damaged. Is it possible to replace it? If so, how can I go about doing so?

Answered on Oct 26, 2023To replace a damaged foot on the TORDH shelving unit, you can follow these steps:
1. Locate the damaged foot on the shelving unit. The feet are adjustable and can be unscrewed from the bottom of the unit.
2. Using a screwdriver, carefully unscrew the damaged foot from the shelving unit. Make sure to keep track of any washers or small parts.
3. Visit your local IKEA store or contact their customer service to request a replacement foot for the TORDH shelving unit. Provide them with the product name and the details about the damaged foot.
