Posted on Aug 28, 2023I recently purchased the Godmorgon/Tolken/Hörvik Cabinet and I'm having trouble with the drawers. They seem to be slightly crooked when pulled out, is this normal or should I contact customer support for assistance?

Answered on Aug 30, 2023The slight crookedness of the drawers when pulled out is likely due to the adjustability of the drawer slides. This is a normal feature of the GODMORGON/TOLKEN / HÖRVIK Cabinet to allow for customization and proper fit.
To address this, you can try the following:
1. Ensure the cabinet is level and securely installed against the wall. This will help the drawers align properly.
2. Check if the drawer slides are properly adjusted. There are adjustments screws that allow you to fine-tune the alignment of the drawers.

Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they can scratch the high-gloss finish. Instead, use a mild, non-abrasive soap or cleaning solution diluted in water.
Dry the surface thoroughly with a soft, clean cloth after cleaning to prevent water spots or streaks.
