Posted on Sep 29, 2022How do you attach the sink to the cabinet? Is there a specific type of adhesive or screws that are recommended for this purpose?
Is it possible to install the faucet without having to disassemble the entire unit, and if so, how can I do this?

Answered on Oct 01, 2022To attach the sink to the cabinet, IKEA recommends using the included screws and brackets. There are pre-drilled holes in the cabinet top that the sink can be screwed into directly. No special adhesive is required.
As for installing the faucet, this can be done without disassembling the entire unit. The faucet mounts directly through the pre-drilled holes in the countertop. You'll need to connect the water supply lines to the faucet, but you can do this from the cabinet interior without having to remove the countertop or sink. Just be sure to follow the detailed installation instructions included with the faucet

Posted on Aug 05, 2022I'm considering purchasing this GODMORGON/TOLKEN / HÖRVIK Cabinet, but I have a concern about the sink size. The description mentions a sink with dimensions 17 3/4 x 12 2/8 inches, but my current sink is slightly larger (18x13). Will this cabinet accommodate my existing sink, or do you recommend purchasing a custom-made sink to fit the cabinet?
