Posted on Dec 25, 2023Can I install the Jonaxel Adjustable clothes rail in a wooden stud without damaging it? What kind of screws should I use?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Dec 27, 2023To install the JONAXEL Adjustable clothes rail in a wooden stud without damaging it, you should use wood screws. Look for screws that are long enough to securely anchor into the stud, typically 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" in length. Make sure to pre-drill pilot holes first to prevent the wood from splitting. This will ensure a sturdy and secure installation of the clothes rail

Posted on Feb 21, 2023I have the Jonaxel adjustable clothes rail, but I find it difficult to adjust the height because the pole is stuck and won't budge. How do I fix this issue?

Answered on Feb 23, 2023The issue with the stuck pole on your JONAXEL adjustable clothes rail can likely be resolved by following these steps:
1. Ensure the rail is not overloaded. Check that the maximum load capacity of 66 lb (30 kg) has not been exceeded.
2. Try gently tapping the pole at the adjustment points to loosen it. Avoid using excessive force, as this could damage the mechanism.
3. If tapping does not work, spray a small amount of silicone-based lubricant onto the adjustment points and allow it to soak in for a few minutes before attempting to adjust the height again.
4. As a last resort, you may need to disassemble the rail to access the internal mechanism and clean or lubricate the components directly. Refer to the instruction manual for guidance on how to do this properly.
With some patience and the right troubleshooting steps, you should be able to get your JONAXEL adjustable clothes rail functioning smoothly again
