Posted on Aug 31, 2023I love the design of my BESTÅ storage combination, but I'm having trouble with one of the drawers. The drawer slides are a bit stiff and hard to open/close.
Is there a trick or some lubricant that you recommend to make them smoother?

Answered on Sep 02, 2023To help make the drawer slides smoother, you can try applying a small amount of silicone-based furniture polish or lubricant to the slides. Avoid using oil-based lubricants as they can attract dust and dirt over time. Simply apply a thin coating to the slides, open and close the drawer a few times to work it in, then wipe away any excess. This should help reduce friction and make the drawer easier to open and close smoothly. If the issue persists, you may need to check that the drawer is properly aligned and not binding on the frame. With a little maintenance, you should be able to get that drawer working like new
