Posted on Oct 07, 2022I've recently purchased the Bondholmen Table + 6 reclining chairs, outdoor, gray stained/Kuddarna beige. I noticed that the umbrella holder in the table top is quite small and can only fit a small umbrella or parasol. Can you suggest any modifications or alternatives to increase its capacity for larger umbrellas?

1. Purchase an umbrella stand or base that can be placed next to the table. This will allow you to use a larger umbrella without needing to fit it through the table's umbrella hole.
2. Replace the existing table top with a custom-made one that has a larger umbrella hole. This would require some DIY work, but it would allow you to use a wider range of umbrella sizes.
3. Consider using a cantilever or offset umbrella that mounts to the side of the table rather than through the center hole. This type of umbrella does not require a hole in the table top.
