The fabric gives excellent protection against the sun’s UV rays as it has a UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating of 50+, which means it blocks 98% of the ultraviolet radiation.
Tilt function provides protection from the sun all day long.
The parasol pole is made of aluminium which means it won’t rust.
The dope-dyeing process reduces consumption of water and dye while improving color fastness compared to traditional dyeing techniques.
The strap with buckle keeps the fabric in place when folded.

Answered on Feb 25, 2023The KUGGÖ / VÅRHOLMEN umbrella has a replaceable canopy, so you can purchase a new canopy if the tip is broken. The canopy and umbrella frame are sold separately, allowing you to easily renew the look of your umbrella. To replace the broken tip, you would need to purchase a new canopy for the KUGGÖ / VÅRHOLMEN umbrella

Posted on Feb 09, 2023I'm having trouble with the umbrella pole. It seems to be slightly bent, which is affecting its ability to stand upright.
Is there a way to straighten it out or would I need to replace the entire pole?

Answered on Dec 02, 2022To attach the umbrella base to the pole:
1. Locate the pole attachment point on the base. There should be a socket or opening designed to fit the pole.
2. Gently insert the pole into the attachment point on the base. Make sure the pole is securely seated and locked in place.
3. Some bases may require tightening a knob or screw to firmly secure the pole. Refer to the product instructions to ensure the pole is properly attached.
4. Once the pole is attached, you can adjust the tilt and position of the umbrella as needed
