2. If the doors are still misaligned, you can adjust the hinges. There are screws on the hinges that allow you to move the door left, right, up, or down to center it properly.

Posted on Jan 10, 2023I have a Bestå TV bench with doors and I'm having trouble opening one of the doors as it's stuck. How can I loosen it up without damaging the door or the hinge?

Answered on Jan 12, 2023To loosen the stuck door on your BESTÅ TV bench without causing any damage, try the following steps:
1. First, check if the door is properly aligned. Gently push or pull the door to see if it moves freely. If it's misaligned, you may need to adjust the hinges.
2. Locate the two screws on each hinge that attach the hinge to the door frame. Slightly loosen these screws, just enough to allow the door to move more freely.
3. Once the screws are loosened, try opening and closing the door a few times to see if it's moving more easily. If it's still sticking, you can try gently tapping the edge of the door with the palm of your hand to help loosen it.
