What are the dimensions of the shelves inside the BESTÅ TV bench? Are they adjustable as well?

I would like to ask for a replacement part for the BESTÅ TV bench as one of the drawers is malfunctioning and not closing properly. What is the process to request this replacement part?

Can the drawers be removed or taken apart to fit through a standard doorway, and if so, how?

The drawers on the BESTÅ TV bench can be removed to make it easier to fit through a standard doorway. To remove the drawers:

1. Pull the drawer out fully.
2. Locate the small plastic clips on the sides of the drawer. These clips attach the drawer to the rails.
3. Press the clips inward and lift the drawer up and out.

Once the drawers are removed, the main TV bench unit will be lighter and narrower, making it easier to maneuver through a standard doorway. Be sure to reinstall the drawers once the unit is in place. The drawers simply click back onto the rails
