Posted on Apr 19, 2023I'm having trouble getting the cord outlets at the back of the TV bench to stay open. They keep snapping shut again as soon as I put a cable in or out. Is there a way to adjust them so they stay open?

Answered on Apr 21, 2023The cord outlets at the back of the BESTÅ TV bench are designed to stay open when a cable is inserted, but can snap shut when the cable is removed. To keep them open, you can try the following:
1. Check that the cord outlets are not obstructed or damaged. Ensure there is no debris or foreign objects preventing them from staying open.
2. Gently pull the cord outlets outward when inserting cables. This can help keep them in the open position.
3. You can also try adding small pieces of plastic or cardboard behind the cord outlets to prop them open slightly, creating a wider opening for the cables.
