Answered on Apr 14, 2024Yes, the drawers on the BESTÅ TV unit can be removed and reattached to a different BESTÅ TV unit with the same dimensions. The drawer runners are adjustable, allowing you to easily install the drawers on a different BESTÅ unit. Just make sure the new unit has the same depth and width measurements as the original one to ensure a proper fit

Posted on Oct 31, 2023I purchased the BESTÅ TV unit and I'm having trouble with the drawers not sliding smoothly. They are sticking and sometimes get stuck halfway open. How can I adjust or fix this issue?

Answered on Nov 02, 2023The issue with the drawers sticking and getting stuck is likely due to the drawer runners needing adjustment. Here are the steps to fix this:
1. First, fully open the drawer you're having trouble with.
2. Locate the small adjustment screws on the drawer runners, usually on the sides or front.
3. Using a screwdriver, turn the adjustment screws clockwise to increase the tension and smooth out the drawer movement.
4. Test the drawer and continue adjusting the screws in small increments until the drawer slides smoothly.
If the drawer runners are still not operating properly after adjusting the screws, you may need to clean the runners. Use a dry cloth to wipe away any dirt or debris that may be causing the sticking.
Ensure the drawers are not overloaded as well, as this can also cause them to stick. Follow the maximum load capacity listed in the product details.
With some minor adjustments to the drawer runners, you should be able to get the BESTÅ TV unit drawers sliding smoothly again
