1. First, make sure there are no obstructions preventing the drawer from opening. Check for any objects or cables that may be blocking the drawer.
2. If the drawer is still stuck, try pressing the push-opener a bit harder and more firmly. The push-openers on BESTÅ drawers can sometimes require a bit of extra force to get them started.
3. You can also try gently pulling on the drawer front while simultaneously pressing the push-opener. This can help release the mechanism.
