The slightly textured surface on the front KALLVIKEN creates a concrete effect.
The drawer has an integrated push-opener, so you don’t need handles or knobs and it will open with just a light push.
The drawer runners are adjustable so you can adjust the front both horizontally and in depth.
It’s easy to keep the cords from your TV and other devices out of sight but close at hand, as there are several cord outlets at the back of the TV bench.
The two drawers make it easy to keep remote controls, game controls and other TV accessories organized.
Adjustable feet make the TV bench stand evenly on an uneven floor.
Optimize and organize your BESTÅ storage with boxes and inserts that you like.
It’s not only the TV that’s smart! BESTÅ TV units combine contemporary good looks with practical function. You get lots of storage space and relief from cables that tend to get messy and gather dust.

Posted on Mar 31, 2024I would like to request assistance with the BESTÅ TV unit's drawer. The drawers are quite deep and I'm having trouble getting my hands into them to retrieve items. Are there any accessories or solutions that Ikea recommends for making it easier to access the contents of the drawers?

Answered on Apr 02, 2024To make it easier to access the contents of the deep drawers on your BESTÅ TV unit, IKEA recommends using a drawer organizer or insert. Some options that could work well:
- KOMPLEMENT drawer organizer - This adjustable organizer has compartments to keep items separated and accessible.
- BESTÅ insert with compartments - These inserts fit inside the drawers to create smaller sections.
- VARIERA box/divider set - These plastic boxes and dividers can be configured to customize the drawer space.
The key is to use organizers that allow you to divide the deep drawer space into smaller, more reachable sections. This will make it simpler to see and retrieve items stored towards the back of the drawers. Be sure to measure the drawer dimensions to select organizers that fit properly

Answered on May 16, 2023To assemble the BESTÅ TV unit with drawers and door:
1. Attach the drawer runners to the side panels. The instructions should show where to position the runners. Make sure they are installed correctly so the drawers can open and close smoothly.
2. Connect the side panels to the top and bottom panels, following the order in the assembly instructions. This will create the main frame of the TV unit.
3. Install the hinges for the door and attach the door to the frame. Ensure the door opens and closes properly.
4. Insert the drawers into the runners. You may need to adjust the runners slightly to get the drawers aligned correctly.
5. Route any cables or cords through the cord outlets at the back of the TV unit to keep them organized.
6. Adjust the leveling feet as needed to ensure the TV unit stands evenly on your floor.
