Posted on May 15, 2023I love the design of this lamp, but I'm having trouble getting it to dim properly. The knob doesn't seem to be affecting the brightness at all. Have you had any other customers experience this issue? Is there a trick to using the dimmer or is there something wrong with my lamp?
