Posted on Dec 22, 2023I have the Osvalla LED ceiling lamp and I'm having trouble connecting it to my Trådfri remote control. Can you please provide a troubleshooting guide or instructions on how to pair the two devices?

Answered on Dec 24, 2023To pair the OSVALLA LED ceiling lamp with the TRÅDFRI remote control, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the OSVALLA lamp is powered on and within range of the TRÅDFRI remote.
2. On the TRÅDFRI remote, press and hold the pairing button (usually a small round button) for 5-10 seconds until the indicator light starts blinking.
3. While the remote is in pairing mode, quickly press the on/off button on the OSVALLA lamp 3 times in succession.
4. The lamp should now be paired with the remote, indicated by the remote's light staying solid.
5. Test the connection by using the remote to turn the lamp on/off and adjust the brightness.
If you're still having trouble, ensure the lamp and remote are not too far apart (max 10 meters) and there are no obstructions between them. Also, make sure the batteries in the remote are not low. Let me know if you have any other questions
