Posted on Aug 11, 2023Can I adjust the direction of the LED light? It seems to be fixed in place and doesn't point downwards far enough to illuminate the items stored on the shelves. Is there a way to bend or direct it differently?

Answered on Aug 13, 2023The URSHULT LED cabinet light is designed with a fixed light direction and is not adjustable. The light is intended to provide a focused, downward-facing illumination, but it cannot be bent or directed differently. To better illuminate the items on your shelves, you may want to consider adding additional lighting, such as small LED puck lights or strip lights, that can be positioned and angled as needed. This would allow you to customize the lighting to better suit your storage needs

Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the motion sensor?

Posted on Nov 04, 2022I have two of these lights and I'm having trouble pairing them with the remote control. The instructions don't seem to be very clear on how to do this. Can you provide some additional guidance or a link to a troubleshooting page?

Answered on Nov 06, 2022To pair the URSHULT LED cabinet lights with the remote control, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the lights are installed and powered on.
2. Press and hold the pairing button on the back of one of the lights for 5-10 seconds until the light starts flashing.
3. While the light is flashing, press any button on the remote control to pair it with that light.
4. Repeat steps 2-3 for the second light to pair it with the same remote.
