Posted on Apr 14, 2024I just got the KIVIK Cover for corner section in Skiftebo dark gray, but I noticed that there are some small stains on the fabric. Can I use a stain remover or do I need to spot clean it? Also, what temperature should I set my washing machine to when machine washing the cover?

Answered on Apr 16, 2024You can use a mild stain remover on any small stains before machine washing the KIVIK cover. When machine washing, use a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid using hot water, as that could cause the fabric to shrink or the colors to fade. Make sure to zip up any fasteners and wash the cover separately from other items. After washing, simply put the cover back on the KIVIK frame and it will be good as new

Posted on Oct 23, 2023I've lost the original instruction manual for my Kivik corner sofa and I'm having trouble removing the Skiftebo dark gray cover. Can you please provide me with instructions on how to do so?

Answered on Oct 25, 2023To remove the Skiftebo dark gray cover from your KIVIK corner sofa:
1. Locate the zippers on the underside of the sofa cushions and seat.
2. Unzip the zippers to detach the cover from the sofa frame.
3. Gently pull the cover away from the sofa, starting from the bottom and working your way up.
4. Once the cover is completely removed, you can machine wash it using a mild detergent and cold water.
5. To put the cover back on, simply reverse the process - align the cover and zip it back onto the sofa frame
