Posted on Dec 27, 2023I've lost the zipper pull on my Kivik ottoman cover. Is there an alternative way to open it or can I replace the missing zipper pull?

Answered on Dec 29, 2023To replace the missing zipper pull on your KIVIK ottoman cover, you can try using a small pair of pliers or tweezers to grip the zipper slider and pull it up to open the cover. Alternatively, you can purchase a replacement zipper pull from a sewing or craft store and sew it onto the existing zipper. Be careful not to damage the zipper teeth when attaching the new pull. With a little effort, you should be able to access the interior of the ottoman without the original zipper pull
