1. Measure the desired length for your window and mark the excess fabric.
2. Use a sharp pair of scissors to carefully cut the curtain to the desired length, making sure to cut in a straight line.
3. After cutting, use iron-on hem tape or sew a new hem to finish the edge and prevent fraying.
